You must have heard the word bankruptcy, but do you really understand its meaning and the consequences? I guess most of the people don’t.
The general definition of bankruptcy is failure of a nation or an individual to meet bond (pledge) repayments as has been seen on many occasions.
Bond repayments typically include both the principal amount
borrowed and the interest charged on it throughout the life of the bond. Failure to meet these requirements leads towards bankruptcy.
When a person is hired by an organization, it is expected that he/she will use his/her brain and mind to fulfill tasks assigned to them.
If an employee persistently fail to complete (not according to the requirements) the tasks assigned to him or her, it will generally be assumed that he/she is not intelligent/capable enough to do the job, or his brain is empty having no grey matter.
The brain is a physical organ responsible for bodily functions,
while the mind is an abstract concept encompassing thoughts,
emotions and consciousness or: the state of being aware of and responsive to one’s surroundings:
Staphen King says, “Brain is a muscle that can move the world”: (the classical example is of our father of the nation who literally moved the world and created a unique country against every odd: the glimpse of him are seen around, let see when they will materialize?) while it takes
more than one human brain to create a human mind.
The two quotes says that we take (learn) about thoughts from one person, emotions from second, and consciousness from the third person (the three feelings are hardly found in one person) to create a human mind.
Now when a person don’t realize whether his doing will harm others, i.e., he don’t have emotions to understand other’s feelings and he is incapable of realizing or simply possessing no consciousness to see
other’s miseries. It clearly indicates that the person do have a brain through virtue of his/her birth but possess no capacity to acquire emotions andconsciousness required to make the brain a mind becausehe is mentally bankrupt and if he keep sitting on the same position he is initially hired for, he will make irreversible harm to the organization.
Imagin, if one such person suggests to his seniors or authorities to transfer (with one stock of pen), 80 poor Gardners of scale 1 to the headquarters of a highly classified strategic organization without realizing that sitting > 300 of miles away from their homes having old age parents, small children, growing up daughters with no male member at home to take care of their homely affairs, what you would call that person? Will the poor Gardners feed themselves or their families? Will they be able to afford spending 6000 rupees per head to visit their families even in case of emergency what to talk about every weekend? Are they provided with bare minimum shelter to spend freezing nights? or will they find some place in the gardens (where they are appointed Mali) beneath some tables/benches to spend night? Will they be provided some food? or will they be looking for some lunger Khana maybe at BARI IMAM shrine?
By the way, what will these Gardners do in the strategic organization? May be they can sow wheat in parts the building as the seasonal wheat sowing is going on and will be completed in the end of January for late sowing varieties. They have to sow wheat to achieve the target otherwise there will be shortage of wheat. The may sow Canola in another part which is also going on alongside wheat and is necessary to reduce the Burdon in edible oil import. They may start watering the building during midnight thinking they are watering the fields. They can also start picking up trash/junk and sorting it out thinking they are preparing the seeds for next sowing which is also underway. They can pick up anything and start thrashing it in somebody’s office floor thinking they are thrashing mung bean plants to pull seeds out of the beans.
This is what they are trained for and were hired for as daily wagers. After spending decades doing these menial jobs (which they do happily as they were living in the surrounding areas with their families and go home in the evening after finishing their job), they were taken on contracts (thanks to those who did this) and were given the scale one of Mali because they were hardly 5th class pass. I swear there may not be 80 Mali working in Q Garden what to talk about a highly classified organization (Un believable isn’t).
Q Garden is a mishearing (misnomer) or short form for Kew Gardens (Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew): a world-renowned botanical garden and UNESCO World Heritage site in Southwest London, famous for vast plant collections, scientific research, iconic glasshouses (like the Palm House and Temperate House), and beautiful landscapes, attracting millions of visitors and scientists (especially the taxonomist) globally.
Kew Gardens covers an area of approximately 121 hectares (300 acres). It also has a buffer zone of 350 hectares (860 acres). The number of gardeners looking after the main Kew Gardens site is a team of professional staff and not the daily wager converted scale one Malis.
May be the Aristotle suggested such funny idea of converting headquarters into another Kew Garden to make fun of authorities to test their wisdom?
What do you think dear readers? don’t you believe we want to portray ourselves as a mentally bankrupt nation too. We have been saved from financial bankruptcy (Thanks to PM, CDS and their teams) but who will save us from mental bankruptcy? Only the God Almighty provided we wished so because God help only those who help themselves.
One question is disturbing me. Will the organization from where these poor Gardners are transferred stop field experimentation? I guess the planting has already been made? Who will look after, water and harvest that crop? Will the center hire another bunch of daily wagers or God Almighty will send some angles or will it be let to destroy? Can somebody answer this question?
