I read this paper in 1996 but at that time I was a serving Government officer and not a blogger. Now when I am a known blogger and have seen the devastation of weather within the country and around, have written several blogs on this topic and have also gathered new information hence, I decided to write on it to update the information provided already through various blogs.

Dear readers, do you know that God has placed huge “rivers of water” in our atmosphere? This is what Reginald E. Newell of M.I.T., wrote in the “Geophysical Research Letters Journal” (https://www.cuttingedge.org/News/n1199.cfm).

Five of these rivers are in the Northern hemisphere and five are in Southern hemisphere. One river of Southern hemisphere, which originated over Brazil and flowed over the South Atlantic, carried almost as much moisture as the Amazon River. Another river of moisture, which originated in South Africa, flowed into a violent rainstorm over the Indian ocean Southwest of Australia is also located in Southern hemisphere.

Atmospheric rivers originating near the Kuroshio Extension and the Hawaiian Islands are classified as Kuroshio Extension (KE) and Pineapple Express (PE) ARs, respectively. They make landfall onto the West coast of North America in the North Pacific during October to March.

These massive vapor rivers out compete the actual flow of the mighty Amazon River on the earth, are 420 to 480 miles wide and up to 4,800 miles long and are 1.9 miles above the earth having volumes of 165 million kilograms of water with a flow of 340 million pounds per second.

Dear reader! we know that  “Pineapple Express” AR (PE AR) is one of the most extensively discussed ARs in the North Pacific, which transports water vapor from the Hawaiian Islands to the West Coast of North America (WCNA). The severe historical floods in California and extreme precipitation there is also related to PE ARs.

Another important AR in the North Pacific is the Kuroshio Extension (KE) region in the east of Japan which possessed strong connection with summer ARs in the Western North Pacific. These KE ARs extends farther into Southeastern China making landfall along the East coast of Asia and affect Japan and Southeastern China. (I was not aware of KE ARs).

“It is probably one of that KE ARs that travelled 8000 KM towards North and hit Olympic mountain in Washington DC? (please read my earlier blog “Can Atmospheric River connect Asia and North America”.

The winter KE ARs that transport water vapor from extratropical moisture reservoir along the Western boundary can make landfall along the West Coast of North America (WCNA). Both PE and KE ARs carry warm and moist air eastward and poleward, forced upward upon encountering the steep and high mountain region near the coast and are responsible for enhanced precipitation along the West coast of U.S.

The relative contributions of PE and KE ARs to heavy precipitation along the WCNA are also not clear and still need further investigation. This is what I wanted to explain in this blog.

Knowing fully well the presence of  rivers in 1.9 miles above the surface with one or more must be sloping into the United States, one can think of creating a massive, 500-year flood (A flood every 500 years) or creating a “dam” that would prevent the vapor river from going on its normal way, which would dump huge amounts of water behind where it had been “damned” up.

The question is, how a “dam” can be created in the atmosphere?

Dear readers, it is  not a stupid idea but a possibility with the use of ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) waves by ionospheric heating which can cause an electronic “dam” in the atmosphere. These electronic dams can divert or block these vapor rivers, causing huge amounts of rainfall to be dumped.

Dear reader you will be surprised that such an artificial “dam” was actually created which caused the October 1993 massive floods (The Great Flood of 1993) in the Midwestern United States, along the Mississippi and Missouri rivers and their tributaries. This was one of the costliest and the most devastating floods in the United States, with $15 billion of damages.

The flood was reportedly formed by a combination of HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) towers in Alaska and the GWEN (Ground Wave Emergency Network) electronic towers stretching on North-south line along North of Missouri and Mississippi Rivers throughout the Midwest.

Scientists left this ELF transmission on for 40 days and 40 nights, probably mocking the flood by which God destroyed the earth in the Book of Genesis (Noah flood).

On a lighter note, if you ask American who was responsible for this great flood? Their reply will be:

“God found one righteous man, Noah, and to him he confided his intention: “I am about to bring on the Flood, to eliminate everywhere, all flesh in which there is the breath of life.”

We know, this type of God-mocking is precisely the work of godless (irreligious and materialistic people: This is precisely what promethean persons are). Scientists involved in this operation must be feeling very superior thinking that they control the Earth, not the God (God forbids).

After the flood had ended, people started building and re-building their houses in flood prone areas, but they were advised to move to pre-selected safer places. It was considered wiser not to re-build homes in an area subject to flooding.

Since the ELF technology can also create unlimited earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, hence,

If flood affected people move there considering it a safer place, they might on day think that living in an earth quick prone area is one thing and living within the telescopic sight of a rifle in the hand of a military scientist equipped with most terrifying weapon is another

he will surely think to get out of that disaster prone area, locating wherever he want to relocate leaving aside the pre-selected safer places.

Now dear readers, Just read these phrases once again from “Sky River or atmospheric River: a promethean activity” from the blog that I have posted earlier.

China plans a promethean concept to deal with water shortage which means materialization of cloud water resources through weather modification. For this, a new inter-basin water transfer model is being developed using cloud water resources and modification of spatial and temporal distribution through human intervention into weather, which will act as a new source of water to counter the “throttling” of surface water resources.

Spatial water transfer can be conducted between the Yellow River and Yangtze River’s Basins, forming a new inter-basin transfer model.

For the Yellow River to flow continuously, we have been working for 10 years and we also keep working for next10 years to see if we can find a new way to solve the water shortage of the Yellow River?

“Sky River” was thus a concept proposed to explain how atmospheric water resources could be coupled with conventional surface water resources (of Yangtze and Yellow Rivers) for “water resource formation infrastructure”. (A “dam” isn’t it?). Will it also cause flood in China? I guess not. It is 2023 not 1993.

To achieve this, shallow water (5 feet deep or less) equations used earlier for modelling dynamics of flows in the rivers, oceans, and atmosphere will be used, and from there, will be extrapolated to develop a new vision of the water cycle (this is a prerequisite for weather modification and Chinese are expert in it).

This scientific endeavor is aimed at allowing surface and atmospheric waters to be modelled and managed together in the service of China’s ecological security.

Chinese think that if the project appeared skeptical, scientists and the team behind the project will keep working on it silently. The failure (if any) will be countered with alternative of hundreds of silver iodide burners placed already on the Tibetan Plateau as a part of civilian and military bureaucratic setup working on weather modification.

I believe that this project has already been a success or nearly successful.
